My wife and I got married in December 2014. We had known each other and been friends for 10 years prior to that. The year we were dating and got engaged was a year from hell for me. It felt like everything that could go wrong did… my relationship with my business partner disintegrated, I was told that I either had cancer, Crohn’s disease, or tumors, and a major sports injury limited me to only walking for a year. I was really amazed she stuck around as I was an absolute wreck :).
In 2015 after we were married my wife turned to me one day and said, “I knew you were an entrepreneur, but I didn’t really know what that meant.” I only know this life, and it was a shock to see that my life was like a roller coaster ride to her and she just got added to the ride. It is not a bad life, but it is unique in terms of ups and downs.
The more we talked to other entrepreneurial couples the more this resonated. I decided to build out this site for my wonderful wife and for other spouses facing this life, as well as to give entrepreneurs external insight so we can learn how to improve things. This site exists to collect advice from spouses of entrepreneurs on how they handle being married to an entrepreneur, how they carve out their own space, and so much more. We look forward to the advice and help you can share with the community. And, Lindsey has a private Facebook group for spouses too!
Feel free to reach out to us with any thoughts or questions. We’d love to hear from you! If you have a question you want us to ask others just let us know (and we can cycle it into the question list).

P.S. Here is our little one who was born in December 2016, so now we are a family of 3
